LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE

Baby Banz warrants these sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

Please make sure you include a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00 with your sunglasses and your name, return address and a brief description of the defect or damage.

If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and Baby Banz finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.
